As of 08/25/2017 at 11:23 CST, the issues with our billing system have been resolved.

Due to a kernel upgrade as well as a few other software upgrades, we will be taking the server down for maintenance on 11/20/2016 at approximately 2200 hours. The server will only be down for approximately 5 minutes. Email and website access will be down during this time.
The server reboot has been rescheduled for 05/28/2016 at 0300 hours, Central Time.
We will be performing a full system reboot on 5/27/2016 at 0300 CST to apply a kernel upgrade. All sites/email will be down temporarily (5-10 minutes) and will be back online soon after.

We recently updated our FTP config. There was an error where the server was sending it's internal IP address which caused issues with some FTP clients. The server now correctly sends the external IP address and it appears to resolve the issue that it caused.
